Descrierea ocupatiei

  • Contabilul realizeaza evidenta documentelor contabile si a operatiunilor financiare din cadrul unei firme;
  • Controleaza cantitatea, calitatea si tipodimensiunile actelor contabile;
  • Efectueaza operatiuni contabile si financiare;
  • Verifica exactitatea si acuratetea documentelor si operatiunilor contabile referitoare la incasari, varsaminte si alte operatiuni financiare;
  • Intocmeste state financiare si diverse evidente contabile;
  • Incheie bilanturi si balante contabile, pentru anumite perioade de timp;
  • Verifica faptic si scriptic evidenta contabila a inventarelor
  • Controleaza exactitatea calculelor contabile
  • Foloseste curent in activitatea zilnica, tehnica de calcul;
  • Utilizeaza formularele tipizate, specifice activitatii financiar-contabile;
  • Contribuie la derularea activitatii firmei, prin respectarea principiilor generale ale contabilitatii;
  • Colaboreaza cu cei implicati din cadrul firmei, la organizarea evidentei contabile si a operatiunilor financiare.

Conditii de participare - studii liceale

Competentele profesionale:

  1. identificarea sarcinilor, planificarea timpului de munca si a lucrarilor zilnice;
  2. intocmirea si completarea documentelor primare
  3. gestionarea si arhivarea documentelor
  4. completarea registrelor contabile;
  5. intocmirea balantei de verificare;
  6. intocmirea bilantului contabil;
  7. utilizarea PC-ului si a programelor: Win-Mentor, Ciel, Pionier

Metode didactice - cursurile au un caracter practic aplicativ.

In procesul de pregatire se utilizeaza mijloace si metode moderne, prezentari, dezbateri, discutii active, exemplificari si studii de caz.

Documente necesare pentru inscriere curs:

  1. Copie carte identitate/ buletin;
  2. Copie certificat de nastere;
  3. Copie certificat de casatorie (daca numele este altul fata de cel din diploma de licenta);
  4. Copie documente care atesta studiile (certificat de absolvire; diploma licenta sau adeverinta daca nu a fost eliberata inca diploma);
  5. Formular de inscriere la curs
  6. Adeverinte medicale care aresta starea de sanatate
